Il Poderaccio is built like a small hamlet in six buildings around the panoramic swimming pool.
The main building is the late 19th century villa, which houses 3 apartments and the relaxation area.
The other 11 apartments are located in five buildings, each with different features, but all with bathrooms and fully equipped kitchens. At Poderaccio it is possible to take advantage of housing solutions for two, four, up to six beds per apartment. The large green areas surrounding the estate are equipped with barbecue areas and several shady corners, such as the pleasant grove of Lebanon cedars.
Only Il Segreto della Quercia is a few minutes’ walk from the hamlet, but it is fenced in and has its own above-ground swimming pool, making it a true oasis of peace
