Check-in can be done online or at the front desk. We recommend our guests arrive after 4:00 p.m. and no later than 20:00 p.m. Advance notice is appreciated for alternative time arrivals.

Check-out can be done directly at the front desk or online as we ask our guests to pay the balance of their stay upon arrival.

Apartments must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.

For guests who wish to stay a little longer, we have a storage room where they can temporarily store their luggage.

Il Poderaccio is totally pet friendly. Let us know if you are travelling with your little friends, there is a little payment for extras cleaning.

We hope to welcome owners who are attentive and respectful of everyone’s needs.

Our apartments are self-catering and have large, fully equipped kitchens so you can choose an Only Stay Rate or, for those who wish, additional services like breakfasts or lunch/dinner in our new panoramic restaurant.

Housekeeping is guaranteed and free of charge upon arrival and departure.

For stays up to one weeks or more, there is a free intermediate cleaning service with change of sheets and towels.

Those who wish can choose daily cleaning of the apartments for an extra charge.

Some apartments have a washing machine.

Otherwise, there is a laundry room where you can wash your clothes and hang them up among the olive trees.

On the other hand, for those who want to fully enjoy the “dolce far niente” of Poderaccio, it is possible to have a laundry service with the help of the in-house staff.

This special rate includes comprehensive travel insurance in the price of your stay.

It allows you to book in advance and take advantage of a special and exclusive discount, knowing that in the event of any unforeseen circumstances (from health to work, to car breakdowns), you’ll be reimbursed!

The coverage is very broad and includes:

• Illness, injury, or death of the guest or a family member.
• Dismissal or rehiring.
• Property damage to the home or inability to reach the farm due to natural disasters.
• Jury summons or court testimony.

BeSafe Rate Plus also protects you during your stay. It includes 24-hour healthcare assistance, reimbursement for medical expenses, roadside assistance for your car, and even protection in the event of theft or loss of luggage.
