Check-in can be done online or at the front desk. We recommend our guests arrive after 12:00 p.m. and no later than 6:00 p.m. Advance notice is appreciated for alternate arrivals.

Check-out can be done directly at the front desk or online as we ask our guests to pay the balance of their stay upon arrival.

Apartments must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

For guests who wish to stay a little longer, we have a storage room where they can temporarily store their luggage.

Il Poderaccio is totally pet friendly. We hope to welcome owners who are attentive and respectful of everyone’s needs.

Our apartments are self-catering and have large, fully equipped kitchens. For those who wish, additional services are available, such as breakfast in the apartment, as well as tastings in the garden or pool to enjoy the incomparable sunsets.

Housekeeping is guaranteed and free of charge upon arrival and departure.

For stays of two weeks or more, there is a free intermediate cleaning service with change of sheets and towels.

Those who wish can choose daily cleaning of the apartments for an extra charge.

Some apartments have a washing machine.

Otherwise, there is a laundry room where you can wash your clothes and hang them up among the olive trees.

On the other hand, for those who want to fully enjoy the “dolce far niente” of Poderaccio, it is possible to have a laundry service with the help of the in-house staff.
